Vintage 1940s amethyst glass sterling silver screw back earrings. Acquired from a private estate collection, these earrings feature emerald cut glass stones with a deep purple color resembling amethyst. The stones are prong set in a solid sterling silver mount with decorative ribbon design. Stamped “Sterling” on screwback closure. Nice large statement size of 0.75 length and 0.5” width. Great pre-owned condition with some surface wear commensurate with age.
